The weather was warm and dry, the food and wine were perfect, the goats wore bow ties, and Anthony and Nicole got married under a back drop of hazelnut trees.

The ceremony and receiption were held on their farm in Hubbard, Oregon. In the words of Anthony’s mom Bari, everything went off without a hitch.

I’ll let the pictures tell the story. Congratulations to Anthony and Nicole on their wedding day. May they have many wonderful years.

]]> Oregon Trip https://forths.com/oregon-trip/ Tue, 11 Sep 2018 01:00:57 +0000 http://192.168.50.23/wordpress/?p=4473 On August 30, we flew west to visit Nicki in Oregon.  The trip started and ended in Portland, with a stop at an interesting hazelnut orchard that belongs to Nicki’s boyfriend Anthony’s family.  We spent most of the time at a beautiful beach house in Gold Beach, OR.  There were 3 days of hikes, including a day trip to northern California to walk through the Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park.
