The ride to Harrogate was faster than we expected, about 8 hours of drive time. The hotel that Deb booked us at is a bit farther from Nicki’s campus than expected – about 45 minutes, but the ride around the Cumberland Gap area is beautiful.
I don’t have my laptop with me, so I’m posting this from my cell phone. The picture is the view from Nicki’s bedroom window.
Glad you all made it there safe. Now, that is a nice view to get up and see each morning and evening with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. I bet in the fall when the colors change it should be breath taking.
